On the evening of January 21, Tianjin Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. issued an announcement stating that its subsidiary, Tianjin Pharmaceutical Heping Formoterol Fumarate Inhalation Solution, had obtained a drug registration certificate issued by the National Medical Products Administration. This drug is indicated for the maintenance treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), primarily used for chronic bronchitis and emphysema.

It is reported that in September 2023, Tianjin Pharmaceutical Peace Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. submitted an application for registration and marketing authorization for the domestic production of this drug to the National Medical Products Administration and it was accepted. Approval was granted in January 2025. Adding to the good news, in the same month, Tianjin Pharmaceutical Peace Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. received the "Approval Notice for Marketing Authorization of Chemical Raw Material Drug".

This approval enhances Tianjin Pharmaceutical Group's portfolio of pharmaceutical preparations, and will have a positive impact on the company's ability to fully leverage its integrated raw material and formulation advantages, expand its domestic formulation market, and improve its performance.
